Communication for Clinicians
OBJECTIVE
Modernize the current UI, improve UX, and continually integrate new features. Design for the Communication functions in the following products:
Clinical Communications mobile app (iOS, Android)
Clinical Communications desktop app
Medical Workflow mobile app (iOS)
MY CONTRIBUTION
Over a span of three years, I was the sole designer and was responsible for redesigning the mobile app experience, and design for the web app and new features. I conducted user research at customer sites; defined use cases, UI specifications and requirement details; created high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, visual design, assets, and a mobile style guide; and evangelized user-centered design to colleagues through presentations via sharing sessions.
