OBJECTIVE

Integrate new features into the existing interface, develop company best practices, main consistency and balance between technical feasibility and user-centered design.

MY CONTRIBUTION

I worked with the lead UX designers on the TRITON Unified Security Center and V-Series Appliance products. I helped define user stories, determine primary use cases, manage requierments, lead design reviews, create low-fidelity mockups, review UI implementations, collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, and manage the Consumer Insights Research program ( a collaboration with developers, designers, and technical writers to coordinate and analyze results from a bi-monthly end-user survey on various topics).
